Service Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Arizona Cargo Ltd ("the Company") and its customers ("the Client") for the transport and logistics services provided.
1. Service Overview
Arizona Cargo Ltd provides international and domestic cargo shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics management services. By booking a shipment with us, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
2. User Obligations
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the nature, weight, dimensions, and value of the cargo. Any misrepresentation may lead to additional charges or refusal of service. Packaging must be sufficient for transport as per industry standards.
3. Delivery and Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, all provided delivery dates are estimates. Arizona Cargo Ltd is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
4. Liability and Insurance
Our liability for loss or damage is limited according to international conventions and national laws. We strongly recommend that Clients purchase comprehensive cargo insurance for all high-value shipments. Arizona Cargo Ltd can facilitate insurance at additional cost upon request.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal substances, hazardous materials (without prior approval and documentation), or items prohibited by the destination country's laws. A full list of prohibited items is available upon request.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon booking or as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to hold cargo at the destination until all outstanding fees and duties are paid in full.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the shipment originated, unless otherwise specified in the freight contract.
